These terms govern use of NaifMarket as a B2B marketplace for tools, materials, and production supplies in the UAE.

Marketplace role

NaifMarket provides the platform for product discovery, supplier stores, cart, checkout, and order management. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, stock status, pricing, and fulfillment commitments.

Orders

Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details. Orders are subject to product availability, vendor acceptance, payment confirmation, and fulfillment constraints.

Vendors

Vendor registration and selling capabilities require admin approval. New and edited products may be reviewed before publication to protect listing quality.

Pricing and tax

Prices are shown in AED. UAE VAT may be applied at checkout where required by configuration and applicable rules.

Shipping and pickup

Available shipping and pickup methods are shown at checkout. Delivery timing depends on product availability, vendor processing, and customer location.

Acceptable use

Users must not submit misleading listings, abusive content, unlawful products, fraudulent orders, or attempts to compromise the site.
